SHIPPING POLICY :

Shipping restrictions :

If you have any shipping restrictions, such as shipping to certain countries or PO boxes, you will want to display them here. Sometimes, state legislations may prevent some products from being shipped to certain locations. Be very clear on what restrictions exist and who is impacted by them.

Missing or lost package:

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception, and most of the times it is out of your control. But directing customers on what to do if a package goes missing creates peace of mind. You can do this by easily displaying contact information and directions on how to report missing or lost packages.

International shipping :

If you offer international shipping, you will want to include a statement on who is responsible for customs and import duties. Showcase your international shipping policy by communicating which carrier handles your international shipments and who takes care of international taxes, charges, and any additional fees.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY :

Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Watches can be returned within 15 days of receiving the product. For electronics and appliances, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery only. Returns will be accepted only if the product received is not as described, defective, damaged or not working when reviewed.
In case of post-usage defects, the manufacturer warranty can be used; please visit their authorised service centre for assistance.

Enclose the products, in original condition and packaging, along with the original box, as part of the return package. Remember, we can’t offer refunds for products if their tags labels or seals have been tampered with – so be extra careful. Also, in case of self-couriered returns, email us proof of dispatch the slip/air way bill provided by the logistics company at spankingnights@gmail.com.

All refunds are credited back to the account/card used to place the original order in case of prepaid orders. we will transfer the money via same method as you paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated - by sending an email to us. Mention the reason of email and order number in the Subject Line of the email.

If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two hours of placing the order.

If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.

Order once moved for procurement CANNOT be cancelled.

In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement - you will be issued refund within 7 days of cancellation of order.

Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be cancelled, but if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.

If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.
